Fellow and candidate for LL.M. in Intellectual Property at the Università degli Studi di Torino (Italy), a programme developed jointly by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO / WIPO), the School of Management of Turin (SAA) and COREP. Specialization in International Investment Law and International Trade (PUCP), Cultural Project Management (UPC) and Patent Law and Global Public Health (Harvard Law School & WIPO), complemented by advanced intellectual property programmes provided by WIPO.
Experience
Intellectual Property advice, including trademarks, patents, copyright, unfair competition and protection of intangible assets. Experience in administrative proceedings before INDECOPI in the field of intellectual property and consumer protection.
Development of legal instruments, policy projects and conventions on national and international cooperation in the Ministry of Culture, as well as institutional representation in the formulation of public policies and negotiations related to culture, cultural heritage and the audiovisual sector.
Participation in international negotiations on audiovisual co-production agreements and in areas of regional and international cooperation, including the Andean Community (CAN), ALADI and free trade treaty negotiations on intellectual property, services and digital economy.
